huh~ best.. setakat seminggu sejak 5 April, dah turun 1.5kg.. huhu.. 2.5kg to go.. hopefully dpt berat y diidamkan. yeay.. 30minit work out.  fuh~ penat. lepas ni mkn beringat la oi. kumpul lemak mmg senang, nak membakarnya, mak ai~
